The names of the stars taking place in this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! have been revealed.

Hollyoaks beauty Gemma Atkinson, former Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren and Prince Andrew's ex-girlfriend Koo Stark are among those tipped to take part in the reality show.

ITV bosses are yet to officially confirm the line-up.

But Apprentice contestant Katie Hopkins, Seventies supermodel Janice Dickinson and Changing Rooms designer Anna Ryder Richardson are all on the provisional list, according to reports.

Some of the C-listers are in need of the career boost that an appearance on I'm A Celebrity can bring.

Marc Bannerman was last seen on TV playing EastEnders' Gianni di Marco until his role was axed in 2000. He recently appeared in panto.

Football legend Rodney Marsh was sacked from his job as a Sky Sports pundit in 2005 after making a bad taste joke about the Asian tsunami.

And Nineties pop duo Right Said Fred's last brush with fame was an appearance in an advert for washing powder.

Other names in the frame are Jason "J" Brown from defunct boyband 5ive, TV chef John Burton Race, panto king Christopher Biggins, PR guru Lynne Franks, singer Cerys Matthews and Chris Tarrant's estranged wife Ingrid.

Can't wait[msneek]

I quite enjoy watching it but what a pathetic choice for the line up. Most are not even on the 'c' list!. I suppose we'll have the awful Celebrity Big Brother after that. Watched half a programme on the first one and never bothered since[gun]

The thing with this show more so than CBB is when you see what some of them go through they begin to grow on you. I really liked Peter Andre[msnscared], Carol Thatcher even grew on me[msneek].
I would love one day to see the roles reversed and Ant and Dec left in the jungle oh and me[msnwink]. My tummy muscles would be so tight with all the laughter

I love this programme. Like Paula I love watching them doing the bush tucker trials, Dean Gaffney was a scream:D

There is only this and 2 others that I watch, strictly come dancing, which I am well into at the moment and after christmas, dancing on ice.

Can't stand any of the others like big brother.

Must say that I hope this isn't the true list, doesn't look great[msnscared]

It is one of the better 'celeb' programmes. Or is it because we all quietly enjoy watching so called important people, who all beleive their own press, suffering

When you are stuck here for the dark cold winter nights, have to admit I adore this Programme:) It sits with my other 2 favs, LOST (hurray up with series 4!) and 24, and that is about all my TV watching, so I am good and ready for Ant and DEC:)

It's drivel really but I am being forced into watching bits of it, as wait for it and I can't believe this, Mr CDV wants to watch it now because of Janice and the rough time she is getting. He didn't know her before the programme or her history!

I am glad she was replaced on ANTM as she was a total b*tch!

Anna Ryder Richardson would be my winner.

Also anyone else think Andy and Dec are past their sell by date?

Paula D-S

I have always been a fan of Ant and Dec (even back in their Byker Grove days) but they just haven't been very funny this year, normally watching their expressions has me howling.

I think Lynn is having a really rough time, just because she is a little different she is being treated awful.

21-11-2007, 14:37
I have been watching and was not expecting this years to be any good but I am enjoying it[msnsmile2]

I still love Ant and Dec but they have been a bit cheesy this year.

Do you think the 'love affair' is for real or is it just a ploy to make more headlines and more money?

I would love Biggins to win[clap]

Hmm I hope the voters remember that he is being a Love Rat Julie,I like Cerys.

We are all backing Biggins in our house, I never really ratedhim before but he is naturally funny, The Charades game a few days ago was a scream, you'd have to have seen it to understand why it was so funny though.

Sally D
21-11-2007, 19:04
The charades game made us all laugh too[msnsmile2]

We like Biggins but I also like Janice, I didn't like her at first but I do now.

I am looking forward to some of the others doing the bush tucker trials instead of the same ones all the time.

My guess is that once people saw his girlfriends interview they would want him out.

taylona
22-11-2007, 19:13
Didn't you have to vote for who you wanted to stay in?

We were shocked Mark was out first - I guess your right Sundowner that not many voted for Marc after the girlfriend's interview. As he came out of the jungle he seemed to suddenly wake up to how his behaviour had been interrupted and perhaps feel sorry/guilty for his girlfriend who he has lived with for a couple of years.

We enjoy this programme - we often feel disappointed when we don't know the 'celebrity' (I'd never heard of John, J, Gemma, Anne or Janice) but we soon feel 'get to know them'. Anne would drive me nuts - she just doesn't stop talking [msneek]. Janice just digs a hole for herself - and then tries to get out of the mess. I've warmed towards her.

Good winner I think. In our house it was oh no when Biggins arrived as we all found him really annoying, but watching fairly regularily we have grown to like him.
