Hi,
Does anybody know anything about a large 7 bedroom villa in Hampton Lakes, such as the owners. I am about to rent it and I am anxious about paying. I'm hoping I am not about to be scammed.
Are you booking the villa from an owner on this site Hazel? If you are you can be sure that it is genuine as we all have to be verified on a regular basis to advertise on any of the OV family of sites.
We own a villa on Hampton Lakes and it is a lovely community and I am sure you will have a fantastic time.
I imagine there are several 7 bed homes on Hampton Lakes so without any more information it would be difficult to work out who owns it.
As Tracy says if you are renting through one of the sites at the top of the page you can be sure the villa is owned by the person who says they own it as we all have to verify ownership of our homes every 6 months.
I also own on Hampton Lakes and would be happy to try putting your mind at rest. As Julie said there are a number of 7 bed villas on Hampton Lakes, but you can't really go wrong if you've booked through one of the OV sites.
