As I missed the Osbourne lights last year, I want to go to MGM just for this on our next trip in December. Does anyone know if there is a cheaper ticket for entry late afternoon or will I have to pay for a one day ticket?

As far as I'm aware, an entry needs a one day ticket.

You will need a full day ticket.

The only thing that would work for this is an annual pass - as it brings additional benefits (like free parking) then compared to some of the tickets with higher day numbers it can work out on a comparable (or slightly better) basis. You also then don't feel that you have to get the full day out of every day you go and the parks can be a little more relaxed - just want to go and see the osbourne Lights- no problem just pop along and enjoy the show.
