What is the best way to get to Beaches & Cream from any of the Disney parks, or would it be easier to exit the park & catch the bus.
Thanks

William

You can get to Beaches and Cream a number of ways, it is located in the Disney's Beach Club Hotel, alongside the Boardwalk, at the Epcot area.

You can exit Epcot between UK and France around the Showcase lake and stroll along the Epcot Resort area boardwalk, and then take a trip back to the same way to park if you like.

Or you can go directly to the Beach Club Hotel and park at the hotel itself, although this way you amy have to pay for parking at the hotel. You can get a limited time of parking at the hotel if you have a dining reservation.

My personal favourite is to go via Epcot, as you can either take the boat or walk around the lake, which is fab. and you will so many different things you will want to do, it is easier than taking the round, if you have already paid for parking for the day.

Are you tempting to try the Kitchen Sink, All four of us dived in and were so full, dinner got missed that night.

Thanks for the reply Ceri,
I didn't realise you could walk from Epcot, is it far? I dont know if we will attempt the Kitchen Sink as there will only be three of us.

HI William,

It is not far from the World showcase at all!:) Less than 5 mins from the exit that Ceri mentioned I should say, its a lovely area as you come out from Epcot too[8D]

Can you access it from the Boardwalk itself? I'm thinking of when you park at the Boardwalk Hotel (?), and walk through the hotel and down the steps onto the Boardwalk.

Emm

You can get there from the boardwalk, but if you are going to park at the Boardwalk hotel, it is just a better to park at the Beach Club Hotel. As you walk around from the Boardwalk hotel you could go a number of ways, either right or left as they are both the same distance as the Hotel is right opposite on the other side of the lake, or you can take the boat across the lake, then you just walk around the wrecked ship slide and into the pool area it then just along side the hotel promenade itself.

Thanks Ceri - I can picture where it is now. I realise now that I've walked past the Beach Club Hotel many times, but I didn't know that the delights of Beaches and Cream were there! [msnsmile]

If you were in MGM for the day you can take a boat from just outside (to the left) which drops off at the light house right in front of Disneys Yacht Club Hotel, or if you feel like a stroll you can walk along the riverway past Swan & Dolphin Hotels, takes about 15/20 minutes. If you take the boat there and walk back you can walk off the excess of a Kitchen Sink;););)
