What to do in Rotunda Gulf Coast Area

Hi all

Found this site a real help when we went to Kissimmee last year for three weeks.
Hoping some people can help me with this query.
My parents are flying out next month and staing in the Rotunda area this time for three weeks (very jealous!).
Are there any musts sees, must visits, must eats [msnsmile2] in this area that anyone can recommend?
