Hello.
I love travelling to Orlando Metro area with my family and friends, but this time a friend is going alone. Anyhow, I am giving him a help to arrange his trip and have great times.
We're looking for a vacation home/villa/condo for his family and we have the following "must have":
1. Computer with internet access
2. Close to Shoppings and Parks. Best options: Indian Wells, Vilas of Somerset and Chatham Park, just to mention some
3. NO SMOKING
4. NO PETS
Would be a plus "if has":
1. Free phone calls to Brazil
2. gated community
arriving date: january, 2nd, 2008
nights: 15
departure date: january, 17th, 2008.

Paula, thanks for the sites you mentioned. I've been sending requests to many, but none, so far, met our needs.
We will continue searching.

Claudio the sites Paula has given you are all from this site, and they are all from the owners direct. Put in your request and your 'wish' list with your dates and you will get lots to choose from[msnwink]

Sorry if there was confusion with this section of the forum, Claudio! Like mentioned above, owners are not permitted to book their homes via the forum but only through the listing websites associated with this forum as listed above. However, any questions pertaining to the renting of villas will be happily answered by owners here. Hopefully you will soon find what you are looking for! Best of luck!

The reason owners can't respond direct from the chat forums Claudio, is that anybody can become a member and may respond offerin their home for rent. If they are not a member of one of the advertisers of the sites listed though, the Site owners have not verified that they are the genuine owners and therefore there is a risk that the guest may be offered a home which a) does not exist or belongs to someone else and they may take the rental money and of course when the guests arrives they have nowehere to stay.
The owners on the sites mentioned will all have been checked and the SIte owners know they will answer genuinely any questions asked.
Of course we can answer general questions on the open forum but specific villa owners will respond according to their availability and if they can fulfil the items on your wish list.
I'm sure your friend will have great fun choosing and will be more than pleased when they arrive.

As said before you will only get the owners coming back yo you when you put your reqest in so you can be sure that the villa is verifed on these sites .

Claudio, sorry for the confusion I should have made myself clearer. Of course all the owners on the sites I listed can contact you after we have had your enquiry. I did mean owners cannot contact you via the forum offering availability.
I'm sure once you have enquired you will be inudated with lovely villas to choose from.
