It seems to me on uscarchire.co.uk that you can rent a car at age 19.

Is this legit or will they refuse me when I get to florida?

Thanks

This is legit - we are not in the business of selling a service that doesn't exist. If you book with us and select U-Save then you can drive at 19. Bear in mind, as per the information on our site there will therefore be a daily surcharge for a 19 year old driver.

Thanks. Also, can I book it on my dad's credit card as long as I have the card with me in Florida (my dad will not be present)? Or does the cardholder need to be present?

The card used to pay doesn't need to match the card when you collect the car - just make sure you put your Dad's address on the booking form as the address is just used when taking payment.
