I do not know about any reservations as such but we did visit the 'Miccosukee Indian Village' which is at Mile Marker 70, U.S. 41 Tamiami Trail, Miami. This is in the Everglades and we found it by accident when we were on a tour of the area and found it when heading to Shark Alley.

Miccosukees are a branch of the Seminole tribe who took refuge from the Seminole wars in the depths of the Everglades marshland. It is a typical village of thatched-roof, open-sided huts. They also operate air boats tours, alligator wrestling shows and have an restaurant on site.

We had lunch at the restuarant which is family run. Andrew had gator (he likes it I don't) but they did have some traditional dishes on the menu.

The Seminole Okalee Village may be useful. If you google Seminole Florida you will get a heap of useful info.

We have been to the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum on the Big Cypress Seminole Reservation, which was very interesting. It's about 20 miles north of the I75 (Alligator Alley).

The original native tribes of Florida all died out in the 18th century. The Seminoles were pushed down from to Florida from the north in the 18th century as the Europeans expanded. Today, the only reservations in Florida belong to the Seminoles (except for a very small one in the far west of the panhandle).

As you drive down the Everglades there are a few places and if you fancy a gamble well I believe there is also a Casino! The Native Americans will own the HRC Casino in Hollywood (Florida) so you could do some grown ups research too.
