We went to this on my birthday a few years ago. It's on highway 192 near the Celebration turning.
The horses are magnificent and, although the story line is a little flimsy, we enjoyed it very much.
Can't recommend the food as this was very mediocre but I guess it has to be difficult catering to so many at once!
Try to go a bit earlier which will give you time to look around the stalls selling horse related items before the show as it's not there afterwards. You also get your photo taken before you go in and can purchase the result.
Summary - if you like horses, you'll love this!
