This closed on 16 June 2007 but the monuments will apparently stay until 2020. Not sure what happens to them after that - bit of a short legacy really!
If you've got a pic on the walls, then you can have it engraved on granite and made into:
Set of 4 coasters with rubber soles: $60, plus $6.50 shipping and handling
5x7 with wood stand: $60, plus $6.50 shipping and handling
8 1/2x11 with rod-iron stand: $120, plus $9 shipping and handling
You can purchase the above by email and they require:
1. The full name and mailing address of the shipping recipient.
2. Your Leave A Legacy image six-digit reference number* or your Leave A Legacy tile location address (West 1-C-3-4-5).
3. A telephone number where you can be reached for payment information.
