Accommodation in The Keys?

Hi, we are off to Florida again this Nov and possibly looking at going to The Keys for a few days.
I have been looking at accommodation and have not really found much to be honest.
There are 6 of us going, 3A & 3C.
Do any hotels accommodate for 6 in one room or would a villa be a possibility?
If anyone has any info or good tips i would be very happy to receive them.

There are rentals in the Keys...a friend of my daughter family owns one...I think its like 4k a week...
