I am pretty sure that you can be married anywhere in Florida providing you have a license, so if you were to book a villa you can arrange to be married there. If I am wrong, I am sure somebody will correct me.

I have a contact that will help with arrangements. Anything from decorating your villa (that is if you are staying in one ) ordering cake, wine, champagne, florals etc. if you want to "celebrate "
at your villa.
DM me for details

If you don't have any suitable witnesses, I'm sure these could be provided.
The age people stop being regarded as 'children' in Florida is 18 years of age.
Don't forget that you'll probably want someone to photograph the event for you so you can look back on those happy memories in the future.

It's the little white wedding chapel at marker 14 on the 192 and it is owned by an english lady called Pat Truett. Her husband Mike is a notary and she can help you with your arrangements.
It is also very simple to organise yourself. You get your licence from Kissimmee court house.
You can get married anywhere-at your villa, beach, park Leu Gardens is very popular.
Our daughter got married up in Mt Dora-and we had a beautiful stress free day.

We have had quite a few of our guests over the past few years who have been married there, said Pat was very helpful, tells you all you need to know and do. Are able to arrange before going to Florida, which made it easy because guests new exactly what was needed and what was required to get the licence etc once in Florida..

You don't need witnesses to get married - just the groom and official/priest[msnsmile2]
You can get a licence from any county office
price $93.50 ..take cash ..a lot won't take checks
or credit cards.
The cheapest way is too use a Notary Public
As notaries we do a few wedding locally and
charge a reasonable $20 for a quiet beach wedding
without the frills
But for the wealthy you can spend $10k very easily ..
If you are getting married in the State of Florida,
and are NOT a US citizen, then you will need an
Apostille from the Florida Department of State's office,
in order to change your name, or marital status,
with your foreign country.

If you are doing your own catering for a small wedding-Costco do trays of cooked meats etc.
I am pretty sure Publix can provide this too.
Publix can also do lovely wedding cakes.
Our daughter went in just a few days before the wedding to order hers-think it was about $35-so fuss free.
