Hi Roger,
Wondering when you'll have the 2008 prices for Alamo on the site as we're keen to rent a few cars. Also - is there usually much difference between Dollar prices to Alamo?

We don't know at the moment is the simple answer I'm afraid. There may be some changes in the Alamo offering in the pipeline for future bookings so watch this space...
As John says, watch this space. Hopefully in approx 1 week the new Alamo rates up to the end of 2008 should be released.

Have just seen that on the alamo site that they have their prices going up to June 2008. Does this mean you have your prices now?

Sorry, no, still waiting. Last we heard it may now be August. Note, we do now have new much lower prices for Alamo including a very good offer on alamo 4x4s.

We are never made aware of the timescales for offers, so I can't answer that. You will see all the locations on the quote page, which does does include Miami.

Not yet. As soon as we are given the rates we will put them live on the site (we have no warning) so keep checking back on the site.

I know we're asking again Roger.... but any news on Alamo. Some sites have prices for 2008 but I really want to use you guys because of reputation.

We really are hoping any day now. We could have published 2008 prices before now (like some companies do) but to do this means the car is not actually reserved for you at that time. This leads to problems further down the line if when the cars are bookable there are then none available (this is more a problem with the larger vehicles such as the 8, 12 and 15 seater).
Bear with us a little longer and we'll have the details online.
I must admit we are going to book a 4x4 as soon as the Alamo prices are known, can't believe the price difference from Dollar.
Bear in mind the 4x4 price currently with Alamo is a temporary special offer and will probably not be available for next year.
