Virgin Holiday Flight Reference help

Hi all,

We have just booked our flights to Orlando via Virgin Holidays and have recieved our booking refernce which is great! It says that we can now go online at Virgin Atlantic to update our seats etc... On inputing our VH refernce on the Atlantic site, it doesn't recognise it! Rang VA and they said that its because our details have not been recieved by VH yet which will probably be June because of the 335 day thing!

I would have thought that they would have least had our details even if we can't book the seat yet! How long does it take for VH to replicate our details to VA? I worked out the date being the 21st May when we can book our seats and want to get these sorted as soon as possible.

Any help appreciated.

you could always take a look at seats maps using a website such seat guru or v-flyer (not allowed to post direct link so you'll have to google it or dm me) and ask VH to add a seat request to your booking

then once you're up and running with VA you can switch seats around online[msnsmile]
