dollar express

I would like to register for Dollar Express but I am a little bewildered and confused maybe someone could advise me.

I have already purchased car hire via uscarhire.co.uk and paid in full.

When trying to register for the Express service online it would appear that I am making a rental booking, i.e stating which type of car I require and insurance etc.

As I already have the 'fully inclusive' package and car hire type how woould I go about registering my details without instigating a secondary rental?

Is it possible to register for the Express service if you book via this site?

Any advice would be greatly received.

having recently just gone through this exercise, do not be unduly surprised if you do not get any response after you submit your form. I waited a week before sending a followup email to the support email address. It then took another few days before my membership number came through.
