Hi,

We own (in co-ownership) 2 weeks in a bungalow in Orlando
Due to health problems I can't go to Florida anymore in summer so I'm selling these 2 weeks.
The other Co-Owners are all British... 3 years ago I bought these weeks for GBP 4000,-
Willing to sell for GBP 2500,-

Extra costs in the co-ownership are only GBP 300,- a year. That's it...
There are really no further costs, everything is included in the GBP 300,- above

It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ideal for young couples (with or without children)
Use of 3 community pools and other amminities...
Location is Vista Del Lago, and the bungalow is in a great state end well kept.

The weeks are from July 5 - july 19 (arrival/departure dates are always on thursdays as flghts are cheaper those days)so dates may vary year by year (1 date + or 1 date -)

Remark* This is absolutely NOT timeshare, but real co-ownership.

Every year we hold a shareholders meeting in the UK, and have lot's of fun... we're really a jolly group...

For further inquiries Please DM me...

Just to clarify, when you say Bungalow, do you mean in the American (i think!) meaning of the word? i.e. Is this a pre-fab type property?

[/quote]Yep!

All the houses on Vista Del Lago are prefab...
A great secure community as well... (gated security with 24hr security guard)

Congrats Roger.

I thought you were there already-sorry about that.

But great news all the same.

Perseverance does pay off.

The real name for them is 'Manufactured Homes'.

Don't know... I've paid 4000,- for the 2 weeks.
Perhaps you're mistaken me for someone else...

Paul, I think he means that he has paid £4000.00 for his share in the home not just for two weeks holiday. Anyone buying this would then be a CO-OWNER of the property.

I know what he means, I own on the same site and I think I know the place he is talking about and what the weeks are worth.

Then you probably don't know is that there are VDL houses that go for alot more... ie. from 3000 for the 2 weeks.
Our shares are devided in 2 weeks a share...

And Paul... It's really an honest offer... You make everyone think I'm putting some sceme... which is not very nice... It's absolutely not a rip off...

Everyone in our association paid around 4000 for 2 weeks...
But you seem to know excactly which association I'm talking about and where...

There's an other house owned by a different house around the corner where the 2 week shares are going for even 5000...

Why would you do that Paul? How would you feel if someone on the forum said that the prices of the rentals on this site are a rip off? No doubt all the homeowners would be up in arms and screaming because it would hurt their business. This is basically what you guys all do to the people here who are trying to sell properties. Unless any of you actually sell timeshare, or fractional ownership or even properties in Florida for a living and are licensed and qualified to do so, seriously you should all be quiet. Half the time you guys really don't know what you're talking about. Time and time again we see people saying "thats expensive"....and then compare it to something totally different. I'm also surprised that Roger has let that comment stay without some kind of "lets be nice comment" or similar because I am sure that if this was to do with rental prices it would be locked or taken down. Even if Cor did ask for over and above what he paid for it, and I'm not saying he did, that's no different to the many many villa resales on here which are asking way over and above what they ever paid for it too.

Can we all take one step back please and then get back to the original topic of this thread [msnsmile]
