Calling All Ladies!! Hairdressing question..

Ladies,

Just 20 days to go and Mrs. Macka needs a good hairdresser somewhere along HWY 27. North or South of 192 will be fine.

Any reccommendations?

There is a hairdressers in Walmarts !

Yes - I used the Walmarts one a few months ago and I was surprised how good it was! Just walked in and didn't even have to wait - good cut and surprisingly cheap too!

There is also a salon just past Winn Dixies - behind Wendys. I've heard they are very good but haven't tried them yet.

There's an excellent hairdresser at Celebration water tower, if you want something a bit more upmarket, but it's not in your preferred area. The Barber & Beauty Emporium. The Welsh lady there does an excellent cut.

I have used the hairdressers at Walmart - on the 27. Great service - wash, cut and blow dry $15 and I got a cup of coffee too!!

There is another hairdressers at ChampionsGate called the Cuttery, I think. Never used it so can't report back on what it is like.

I have used The Cuttery at Champions Gate many times. Walk in's welcome. It is always busy, so they must have something right.

I know people who always use the one in Walmart men and women and their hair always looks great !

I can vouch for Walmart too. Sometimes you may have to wait for a while as they do not take bookings. They are all very good, and lets face it, they are always busy so get plenty of practice on all hair types.

There is a cuttery in FLORIDA MALL if you get to go there it is near SEARS .
I have my hair cut and blow dried by a dark lady called JUNE she is very good so I can recommed her .
You do not need a appointment but will have to wait if she is busy .

My friend used the one at Champions Gate for a colour and a cut and they did a good job

All our family have used the Walmart hairdressers and we were all pleased and it was excellent value .I actually resent having to pay three times more for a haircut here that is just ok.

My mum used the one at champions gate when she wanted her hair done for our wedding - she looked lovely and was really pleased with the service!

I have seen one at Champions Gate but also had my own hair cut at a nice salon in The Florida Mall.

Generally the hairdressers are not as "with it" as haridressers in the UK.

I normally get an updo or somehting simple at the Cuttery on Champions Gate but would not use it for anything else after they c*cked up twice on trims and a root touch up!

Funny you should say that, but the salon in the Florida mall took mine pretty much down to the wood and exposed the top of my forehead (sort of where you'd have a parting)a bit much resulting in severe sunburn during our second week in the Bahamas

they are at the entrance to celebration which is south of the 192 and they were brilliant.

the owner then was called Al Valentino.
