Delivery of tickets to villa

Martin,

whats the average turn round? i.e. if a guest phones Sunday morning to arrange delivery when are they likely to be delivered? Same morning, afternoon or next day.
Also what time do they take calls until (esp Saturday)

I believe it is about an hour but Martin will say if I am wrong.

We aim for 45 minutes but the 27 area can be up to 2 hours. Only if the tickets are pre ordered though. Call in time for preorder tickets is 8.00am to 4.00pm 7 days.

Having tried the service , I can say it is truly fab. We phoned on our first day , when we knew we would be by the pool for a couple of hours It wasn't inconvenient at all. A very friendly man turned up , and was very thorough in checking who we were and that we had the right tickets.

One very useful thing was that he bought us all the park opening times too , including the listings of when all the shows and parades were.

Cannot recommend it enough.
