New water feature?

Hi All

I have been advised that there is some kind of water feature being built at the entrance to Cumbrian Lakes. Has this started yet? Infact is it true?

Any info anybody?

There is going to be a new entrance at Cumbrian Lakes but it has not started yet as far as I know.
