Just seen flights on Virgin Atlantic for 1st Nov - 1st Dec 2007 for as little as £290. If only I could get the time off work [msncry]

We got a departure date of 09 December late last week for £670 for two of us. :)

That is a great price. Our daughter flew out 2 weeks ago, the flight cost £270. The plane was half empty and she had 3 seats all to herself. [msnsmile2]

Sometimes you wait and wait for the prices to come down, and there is no sign on the horizon of them ever coming down, so we book our flights and then this comes along. Luckily? we still paid less than these prices we're seeing for our dates. But i did notice that the price for miles + money is the same as it was last week. Even though the normal price for the days we were looking at was an extra £60.

Because the weather is better and there are still some school hols where people tag on weeks to school hols where as in November/December its the run up to Christmas and less people travel so the low priced tickets are still available[msnsmile]

Liesa, we got great prices for September last year. It's a very quiet time to visit, keep your eyes on the Virgin site ;)

We're also going out in September (might see you there Liesa!!) and keep checking the Virgin site, but no significant alteration in prices over the last few weeks.
