We have decided to sell our Villa on Glenbrook. It is overlooking a conservation area and therefore very private. Our home is 1602 on On line Florida villas site and is up for $340,000.
It is a very difficult decision, but circumstances dictate due to alternate plans.

Have you had any interest in the Villa? I am not looking to buy it i was just wondering how good or bad the real estates situation was at present. Good Luck with the sale

Neil and Cathy,
My Realtor keeps telling me that things are picking up, and she is having more enquiries than earlier in the year, But maybe she is just trying to retain the job. I have not received any offer on the home as yet but I remain positive.
