Is anyone know how much cost approx. for normal usage water /electric summer / winter per month ?

It really depends on what size of home you're thinking of and whether you will be having a pool (particularly if you would be intending to heat it in the winter months) as both will determine how much the utilities will cost.

Perhaps if you could give us some more info, then we'll be able to give you an idea of costs?

4 beds / 2 baths..heated pool..if summer time we open all window and use a fan, it's still be too hot not to use an AC ?
And water cost for watering lawn about an acre. or do you think we need a well for watering, so the water cost not too high. And how about the water quality from well, can it used to fill the pool or even for bathing ?

Its not so much the heat...its how humid it is....if you open all the windows on a morning in summer and let in the humid heat....then the A/C has to work overtime removing the water before it starts to cool the house....its cheaper to keep the A/C on around 78 and keep all doors and windows closed in humid weather....it also takes a toll on any real wood you have indoor...making it spilt.....
