Due to other committments (daughter off to uni, etc) we have decided to sell our lovely home on The Abbey.
It's up for sale at a realistic $398,000. approx 2500sqft. Excellent premium conservation lot.

I like the old photos you have from the back of your home, which is what we used to look at a few years back.
We miss the conservation area and forest, now replaced by the Lennar homes and soon the hotel.
Such a shame all that disappeared
Is that one of the other reasons for selling as well as the financial ones?

A few photos taken from Nov 2006, when we were last there, from the balcony. I tried to go 180deg to show what is going on. Last pic is of my lovely labradoodle which we waited 2 years for (husband suffers from allergies and there are great dogs for allergy sufferers). Another reason going back and forth to Florida is less easy.

Good luck with the sale Sarah,our daughter finished uni a year ago it is such an expensive time.
Such a cute dog I'm not suprised you don't like leaving it.

Sorry to go of topic but does that mean that the photo from your balcony/pool are no longer a true photos Chris - what a shame if it is [msnsad]

We have updated our photos on our OFV advert and our website some time ago to reflect the changes which are now accurate - ours is a premium lot with a good distance across the lake conservation area, so any building work is some way off, and less easy to see.
Sarah's photos show the way it was with a forest the other side of the lake, which made for a much better view
