Villa Community - Communal Area

Hi, we are planning our 3rd visit to Florida and this time we want to be brave and do it on our own!! We are interested in renting a villa which is part of a communal community - maybe has a communal swimming pool, clubhouse, playpark etc.

Can you recommend one?

There are so many communities with these types of facilities that I'm sure you'll have a great time choosing!

I know there are quite alot to choose from but the ones I know personally are Terra Verde and Lake Berkley. These are both in great locations and not far from shops and the theme parks.

I'm sure other owners will be along with more great suggestions soon.

Glenbrook has a community pool, gym, games room, tennis & volleyball courts, hairdressing available by appointment.

if you put your requests in the relevant area, then those with what your looking for will apply,
i have personally stayed at Terra Verde and going there again in September 07 and cannot wait, they have a clubhouse, communal pool, cyber cafe, gym, tiki bar,also a beautiful well stocked lake if you fancy some fishing, it also has a kiddies play area and a basket ball court, sandy beach, its lovely, but as i said its a personal thing, there are many lovely villas with communal facilities,
