Can anyone tell me whether the 7 Eleven at corner of OBT and Poinciana Blvd is 24 hours, and does the shop stock all the essentials for late arrivals from UK. i.e. Tea, milk, coffee, cerials etc.

I'm not sure about the opening times - we stop by and pick up the essentials on the way from MCO or TPA - it stockas most things but does nto have a terrific choice - enough to get you going though :).
We always eat out at IHOP the morning after we arrive as we find we are ravenous as the aircraft food never fills us up.
I dont think its 24 hours, and they have choice but limited, they do have great cheese and ham rolls, which im afraid I just had to stop at everytime we went past.
All we did was go to publix and get a few bits when we arrived, then the next morning after
breccie did a bigger shop
According to their website, 7-Elevens are open from 7 am - 11 pm (easy really!) http://www.7eleven.com
However, en route from the airport, either Eckerd and Walgreen's (on the corner of Pleasant Hill Road/SOBT) are open 24 hours and sell the basic essentials, Albertson's is open until about 9 pm (John Young Parkway) and so is the Publix (on John Young Parkway/SOBT).
