Hi

Can anyone answer the following question for me?

We have a couple of old tickets where my son was under 10. He is now over 10. Are these tickets still usable? Can they be upgraded to over 10 tickets or do I have to just throw them away?

TIA.

Hi Paul

I'm almost certain you can take the tickets to Disney and upgrade them at the Customer Service at Disney.

Hi Paul

Yes, I'm sure Paula's right. Guest Relations at Disney are much less scary than you might imagine and are actually very obliging in our experience. My husband once lost our annual passes and I thought that was definitely going to be hundreds of dollars down the drain, but they replaced them no problem.

Paul I did read that some people have done it and not been charged. I am keeping my fingers crossed as we have some old tickets to use in February and my daughter is now 13.

Yes, we had my daughter's upgraded free of charge last April.
