I can thoroughly recommend Kobes Japanese Steak House. The atmosphere around the teppanyaki table is brilliant. My children first went there when they were 9 and 6 and still insist on going back there now even though they're old teenagers. The food is superb, nothing nasty or anything like that. It is a bit on the expensive side but the little booklets you can pick up everywhere generally have a voucher in there so you get a bit of a discount.

Give it a try next time you're over. We normally go to the one in Parkway Bld.
