Having read the previous topic regarding honey mustard sauce, I thought I would pose this question.

We went to Bahama Breeze twice last week and I had a dipping sauce with my meal which was green. I think it would have been the citrus mustard sauce (mentioned on another meal on the menu but not on mine)and it was absolutely the best sauce/dip I have ever tasted - so good I went back the next day and had the same!! Does anyone know if you can get this or anything similar over here, please? I know I am going to have this every time I go to Bahama Breeze but would love to have some over here.

Try the web site, they usually have all the ingredients listed to make your own.

Thanks so much Martin, you have made my day!! I just went on their website and they have lots of recipes - I will be keeping hubby happy too if they have the crusted salmon recipe and garlic mashed potatoes!!!! Thanks.[msnsmile2][clap]

We tried Bahama Breeze on our last trip in September it will be one of the first places we go to again in December. The food was great and so is the website.
I have a copy of the pdf menu in our villa for our guests.[msnsmile2]

Can I ask if any of you heard the steel drum guy (Patrick) while you were there recently?

I have been offered his services for my nieces wedding next year and wondered just how good he was.

Hi No Shoes

Unfortunately both times we went were lunchtime! I do so want to go in the evening as we had previously eaten at the Olive Garden and Race Rock (opposite side of the road) in the evenings and had heard the music coming from Bahama Breeze. It sounded good, although not sure how good as we were a little way away. Sorry not to be of more help to you. I hope all goes well with the wedding for you all and if you do engage his services, let us all know.

We were there week before last, just love their food anyone tried their Cuban bread with the garlic and tomatoes, just to die for, my mouth is watering just thinking of it.
Taking of dipping sauce, Olive Garden also do a fantastic sauce/dip with their bread sticks. Yum......

It is one of my favourite restaurants - the food is good and even suits me as a vegetarian. Their sauces are superb as are their breads - I could eat just that and be entirely satisfied.
