Has anybody been to this restaurant? We went last week and now say we haven't had a better meal than this anywhere in Florida. Put it to the top of your list!
[msntongue][msntongue][msntongue]
We went there just to have cheesecake then changed our minds and had lunch first - BIG MISTAKE! The food was lovely but the portions were huge and we were all too full to eat cheesecake!!!! We did take away a slice each though and ate it back at the villa!!!!!!!!! It would have been criminal to walk away without some!!
I think next time we will just have cheesecake!
L
Its our favorite restaurant, went 3 times when last out in Florida. Just the best.
Only problem is that its at a Shopping Mall [msncry]
4 weeks and we will be hitting the Cheesecake Factory again, and again :D:D:D

Absolutely agree, we thought it was just a place for cheesecake...how wrong can you be, the menu is extensive and fabulous, and yes the cheesecake is fantastic...if you can fit it in.
No.1 choice for us on holiday.

Great place and fantasic choice on menu. Sometimes we just but cheesecake, go and get a coffee at one of the stalls and enjoy the cheesecake!!! Went last week with some friends and when hubby arrives on Friday expect we will be there again and again...[msnsmile2]

Is it me or does anyone find it dark in there? We had to get a candle from the waiter to try and read the menu when we were there last.
Food was really good though and it was worth the hour wait for a table.
After eating there the first time, I couldn't understand why it's called the Cheesecake Factory because I didn't expect the huge menu and the fantastic food. The downside was trying to make up my mind what to order! No room for cheesecake after all that food and we always just have them pack it up for us for later!
We have been loads of times, however only made it to the cheesecake once![msnscared]
The food is so gooood and well priced.

We try and make a visit on every trip. we have now learned that we can't eat everything, but want to get round to the cheesecake.
So we have a family sharing starter and the cheesecake. and even that filling for a family of four.
We have seen people only go in for cheesecake and drinks as well.
Anybody recognise this, its the Bruschetta starter from the Cheesecake Factory, 4 of us shared this as it was so big, left lots of room for the Cheesecake though :D

It is worth going if only to try the cheesecake and even that takes some getting through ![msnsmile2]

Certainly in my top pick of places to eat. If I haven't room to eat cheesecake on the night I always get some to take home for later or the next day [msntongue] [msntongue] [msntongue]
Even if we haven't eaten there I can't pass without calling in for cheesecake "to go" [msnembarrased]
I beleive that you can just go to the Cheesecake Factory and order the Cheesecake as a take out. So you can just take it back to the Villa and eat it later.

Yes you certainly can [msntongue]
I love this restaurant - the food is excellent and I think the menu is quite innovative. I love the avocado spring rolls and lentil soup - I think we will try the Winter Park one next time.

Blottie I agree, I couldn't read the menu I had to rely on our friends to read it for us

Ahh Blottie, I have just bought a little magnifiner the size of a credit card, with a light (for map reading really) from Bed bath beyond. I can now think of another use for it :D

Hello all, just had a look at there menu [msntongue],just wondered do they let you order a table, as you arrive at the mall, and then do some shopping for a few hours.
Yes, you can do that. They give you a bleeper to take with you.
We also do this at Celebration, but don't walk to far away as you will be out of range.[msnwink]

It's the Winter Park one for us too..........just nicely rounds off a bit of retail therapy at Liz Claibornes!

I've always been too full to get to the actual cheesecake at the end of a meal but yesterday I found the cheesecake factory cheesecake on sale at Sams Club on OBT fairly near Florida Mall. Its already cut into individual portions so you can just take what you want out of the freezer.
Weighs 4 pounds, has a very thin and delicious base and costs about $10. Its just the plain one but Sams Club do stock other brands in various flavors.
Very very scrumptious.

There is also one in Naples if you are down that way, just as yummy. Off there this week but might have to go twice as I can never fit in a meal and cheesecake!

There is a great cheesecake factory on the top floor of Macys in Union Square, it even has a roofgarden area with heaters, and a dedicated express lift to the top of the store
Check it out when you go to the West coast
