French grandchild

Hello two of the people traveling with us have a grandchild who lives in England but has a French passport.Do they need any special documents to allow them to take the child to Florida without his parents?

Definately, they will notorised documentation allowing them to travel with the parents permission. I would call immigration to be sure.
