Not sure I`ve seen this question asked before. Do all drivers need to be present when we pick the car up from Dollar. We arrive a few days before our friends and one of them would like to drive.

Yes they do as they would not be insured to drive otherwise. You can always pop into the local Dollar office when your friends arrive and ask for them to be added to the paperwork.
