We are selling our beautiful home in Harmony St Cloud, it is a 4 bed 2.5 bath with double garage and balcony.The SqFt is 2374.
The house can be either a long term rental or residential use, it is in Cypress II on a large corner lot.The community is on a beautiful golf course,it has a communial pool,childrens play areas, and good schools. Please DM me for futher details.

Played golf there last month and I thought the layout at Harmony was excellent. I thought the community and the homes looked great.

Harmony is a really lovely community but houses are moving really slowly there and the builders have all but stopped building in this economic climate. If this house has been on the market over a year as looks likely I am afraid it is very much a sign of the times. Good luck with it, maybe the .75% interest rate cut will help you.
