We are selling one of our villas

We have decided to sell our West Stonebridge villa, Villa Linda, ref 1607. The reason being that we just don't have the time to handle all three.

It was a hard decision which one to sell and have only chosen the West Stonebridge one because the other two are in walking distance of each other, both on Legacy Park.

We have been very fortunate and have done really well with Villa Linda, the guest book reads like a dream come true and we have quite a few returning guests already and we have only been renting it out since June 2005.

Thanks everyone. Yes it was a tough decision especially when we are doing so well with it, but something had to give. When we are over in Florida we spend alot of time on the three villas and not enough with the boys. Children grow up so quick we want to spend more time with them.
