Hi,
I have recently taken on 3 houses for management on Orange Tree. Very nice location. Large homes and very nicely furnished. Spacious lots. Very easy access to the parks. Stands up to its name with an Orange Grove at the entrance.

Hi There

We have stayed in Orange Tree it was the first villa we rented in Florida the villa was great and the surroundings were Ab Fab would really recommend this area to anyone
There is a Winn Dixie just down the road and a fresh fruit seller on the same strech of road as well
We saw eagles soaring over the villas all the time as well

hello

are you hoping to holiday in orange tree or purchase a villa?

we have stayed several times on (hwy 27) its a good location for disney (10 mins), golf, shops etc.
infact so much so, we have decide to purchase a villa in orange tree (5 bed/4 bath) with open views.
it took us 18 months to find excatly what we wanted. the open space, sport facilities, the setting (orange grove) and location are just what we wanted.

regards

denise

We are currently building a new home at OrangeTree and so far everything are going according to plan then people there are really helpful and keep sending us pictures of the ongoing process. It is a beautiful location and some of the homes will have views over water, consevation area and the fireworks at Magic Kingdom in the evening.
So if you are looking to buy or staying there for a vacation I can warmly recommend it.
