Unfortunately we are having to sell our cherished villa,4 bed 2 bath and pool. It is located on Florida Pines,a quiet sub division.Community pool and play area. New kiddies area,basket ball area and Club House on the agenda for next year at Florida Pines. Villa sale price $279,900.

we've stayed at florida pines twice, its lovely and quiet, bet its changed along that road Hy 27 since we last looked!

Thanks guys for all your well wishes,realtor says its quiet out there at the moment for sales but next month should pick up a little,lets hope eh.
