Could't get into previous topic,i would not of booked this offer if i was'nt sure ,i spend months researching before booking anything,we got a good deal with flights aswell, but i won;t go into that.we have traveled many places all done through research and had brill hols,we know this is older property,we dont mind if decor not up to scratch,as long as clean and tidy,as i have said this was an offer,if we did'nt have it some one would.

The home maybe older...but it has just as much chance of being well loved and taken care of as a younger home...newer villa's don't always mean better..you'll get a great feeling of living in America in a place that is not very 'resort'..which to be honest is what villa rentals were all about in the first place...living the American dream for a few weeks...[msnsmile][msnsmile]

Kixxy,

Have a great trip ! Lindfields is a nice community.. in the past we booked a great deal thorugh a tour operator and had a great holiday in Lindfields (I won't dare mention the price).
At the end of the day, it's a bed for the night, there is so much to see and do in Central Florida you won't be spending long in the house;) Looking forward to hearing about your trip!

You will have a wonderful holiday in Lindfields - everything is close by and you will have lots of space, both in the villa and around the estate. Lindfields even has a pub, close to the entrance.....show UK football too, and you can walk home! What more could you ask for?

I am sure you will have a great holiday. The main thing is that you are happy with what you have chosen.

Do you know Chrizzy, I'd almost forgotten this.[msnoo] This is the reason we loved Villa's so much when we started going to Florida in the very early eighties. I must say, that you don't meet the "locals" in the same way anymore, perhaps we get a bit blase and think we know it all so we don't need to ask about stuff. We're staying at Esprit next time which is an older community, and I must say I'm looking forward to that Community feel. The Americans are such a helpful and talkative lot. it's a shame not to dive in.[msnwink] You'll be absolutely fine on Lindfields Kixxy.

We have been hiring Villas for ten years now, some new and others older. Have never been disappointed, also I only have to compare them to the awful noisy hotel/motel room we had on our first trip to realise that there is no contest.

I love the freedom that villa living gives and as long as I can get a decent nights sleep I'm happy.

If there are any problems, complain but I'm sure that won't be necessary.
