Factoring banks

Hi can anyone tell me if any of the banks over there offer factoring services for my wifes new venture starting march/may 07.
If so what are the standard charges she would expect to pay.[msnscared]

factoring is available through banks or credit agencies. The fees are around 2.5% upwards, you need avery good credit history to obtain this.

Probably not. They dont understand anything from outside the USA. They search against numbers. SSNs and FEINs.
