We wish to sell the two homes we have on the Gulf coast. They both have boat docks and Gulf access. Dolphin Creek Villa has many bookings in place for 2006 and 2007 all at excellent rates. Please see our adverts on OV and DM for any further information.

Thanks very much Jackie. They have been great fun to own and Dolphin Creek has always broken even taking over $70,000 in rentals for 2006 so far. We unfortunately need to release the money we have invested in them, otherwise no way would we be selling.

Good luck with your sales
Having been a guest at your beautiful Dolphin Creek villa I only wish I could afford to buy it as it such a splendid villa in a fantastic location with a view to die for.
I will always keep the memory in my mind of waking up on the first morning at Dolphin Creek villa to the sun rising over the water and the only sound I could here was the splash of the fish jumping.
Some one is going to be a very lucky person who buys this home.

I've visited both homes and they are both stunning. A cut or two above the "normal" villa properties and "normal" villas are pretty great anyway.

Both your homes are lovely. I wish we could afford to buy Dolphin Harbour.
The location is first class.
