View Full Version : Good/bad location?
Hi everyone,
Finally booked 2 villas through this site for April next year and just wanted to know what their locations are like and whats nearby e.g. attractions restaurants shopping etc. Any info would be greatfully recieved, the villas are at Briargrove (Davenport)and Liberty Village.
Many thanks
Tony
Why don't you ask the owners, Tony, they will have all that sort of information and expert knowledge of their area. We villa owners are only too pleased to give guests all the help and information you need - am surprised they didn't give it to you before you booked. But am sure they would be delighted to help you now.
Hope you have a great holiday! Bet you can't wait for April next year![msncool]
Also Tony, it may have been prudent to find out before booking! I'm sure you will find plenty to see and do.
Have a great holiday and start counting the days.
Yes Mark it may have been more 'prudent' to check before booking but i am happy with their location and facilities just wanted to know in more detail as to what there was to see and do nearby.
Thanks Ellie, i'll give the owners a try.
Tony
We are going to liberty village in November. The research I did showed it to be convenient for all the attractions.

Both locations are convenient for the attractions and in good spots.
I have a villa in Briargrove and its a great place to be. Convenient for the attractions and only 2 mins from Championsgate with its world class golf courses, supermarkets and some restaurants. Think there are only a couple of other villas listed in Briargrove on the site so must be another owners so drop them an email and sure they will let you know.

We are located next to Liberty Village. You will be only 5 minutes or so from Highway 192 with all the shops restaurants and entertainment. I think you will find all communities only a very short drive from shops etc.
Have a wonderful time.[msncool]

Sorry, I don't know of either community:( Are they older, established communities?
Curious why you have booked villas on different communities in the first place Tony:)
Thanks for replies feel even more confident now that i've made the right decision about where to stay.
Hi Carol, booked at different communities as really liked one of the villas but it was only available for one of the two weeks we required.
Thanks again
Tony
You are at two opposing ends of 192 so it will be like having two different holidays with new shops and restaurants for each, could be quite nice.

Hi Tony
Like Julie says this could be quite fun[msnsmile2]
A bit like 2 different holidays, and when there are so many fantastic villas to choose from why not try more than one?[msnwink]

Oh!! I misunderstood Tony[msnembarrased]Thought you had 2 villas at the same time, with some family members staying in one and the rest in the other!! Doh!!So absolutely, sounds like it could be fun!! Now I understand more where you are located in both villas, sounds pretty good to me[msnwink] Have fun!!:)
We stayed in Liberty Village last October. Short drive from everything you will need.
Nice idea staying in 2 different villas[msnsmile2]
You will have a great time[msncool]

Libery Village is a KB community Carol next to Jan and Brairgrove is in the same area as WWB/T Oaks etc.
the only issue I would have is that you stand to lose at least half a day packing and unpacking from one villa to the enxt. seems a waste of valuable holiday time to me.
Its exciting though 2 villas in one holiday, still it only takes an hour to pack.

Can you help us pack when we go then. One hour would certainly be a world record for us!!
