Hello everybody :D

Just signed up to this service. Never been here before. Been to Orlando a couple of times, I liked it so much - I'm buying a place there this month (if all goes well).

I am as nervous as hell, yet excited. . . . I'm hoping these forums will be just the ticket for the information and hints I need to make a go of this venture.

I only joined myself a few weeks ago and I'm sure that, like me, you'll find it really useful and full of information (and fun :)). And, everyone is gentle . . . . . .

Good luck with buying a place (it is really exciting - we did it last year). At least you know you have a wealth of advice at your fingertips now.
