its easy......pick and two digit number (EG) 47 add 4 + 7 = 11....47 - 11 = 36........... concentrate on number 36 and look in the ball and press the ball with your cursor....and it will come up with a design look at number 36 and it should be same design

I have tried it three times now and it came up with the right symbol everytime
