Hello, what is the asking price, and when you say it rents out well, how many weeks are you getting each year?

I like the way most of the bedrooms overlook the pool area. Good luck with the sale.

Maybe the prices are a little on the low side. 50 pounds per week on average.

Maybe add £20 to £50 to the prices, after all you have a spa, 3 bathrooms and a uniquely private pool.

It is normally, but this year I have booked nearly 3 weeks. Nov and Dec are still awaiting bookings though
