Does anyone know where I can get my nails done? I am having them done just before we go out, but we will be there for 4 weeks so they will need filling at about 3 weeks. The lady that does my nails seems to think that they only do the nail tips in the US, but mine are the fully formed acryllic nails, there used to be somewhere in the Florida Mall, but I think this closed down. Thank you
There are lots of nail places, where are you staying?

My daughter had a good job done at Walmart
We used Cagans Crossing branch on the 27
The Super Walmart on the 192 and the new one on the 535 had "Nail bar's" in them.
Guests will soon be able to have them done at Terra Verde:)
There are nail stores inside most Wal-Marts and in some small shopping areas.
I have acrylic nails and happily leave them for four weeks or more when I'm in Florida. Although your nails do grow faster there (it's the weather!), they're not a major problem.
If you wear nail varnish, just take some of the same colour with you and cover your cuticle area to match the rest of your nails. If you have the coating to keep your nail varnish on, then you can probably purchase some from your UK nail person to take with you also.
I get my nails done and have a pedicure at the nail bar at ChampionsGate. Its just along from Publix.

Tehre is also one near the Publix on the 27.
Mrs Peg considered it a few times but we never got round to it.
I had mine done on the 192 just next door to a Winn Dixie I think it`s called Formosa Gardens shopping
My daughter had hers done at Champions Gate next to Publix[msnwink]

Kim, the pedicure sounds nice, have been meaning to get one done, never thought about having it done on holiday. Maybe next time[msnwink]

Hi Vanessa,
There are lots of nail bars, in fact almost every block of shops has one & most do acrylic fill-ins. Depends where you are staying but my daughter & I usually treat ourselves to a pamper session and have tried Champions Gate (next to Publix), Walmart (Cagan's Crossing & US27 near Southern Dunes), all fine.

Ridge filler will tide you over to you get back if you want to use your regular salon once you get back hone but as most of the other replies say there are nail salons everywhere you look. I have gel nails and Cagans crossing Wal*Mart or the salon at Champions Gate are the ones I normally use, the one at CG is a bit hit and miss but they do a better pedicure than Wal*Mart.
