Hi everyone,
Saw Billy Joel at the NEC Wednesday.What a great night.Seats were right at the front(next to Peter Kay)Great sound,great band(wish Liberty De Vito was still playing drums tho!)Was a fantastic night.Better than that Bon Jovi lark that Kaz likes,Did anyone go?

Just spoke to a friend of ours,and he went to watch Billy on Friday at the NEC.He managed to get Billy Joel to ask his partner to marry him!(my friend,not Billy)
Wow,what a guy.Wouldnt get the Bon Jovi lot to do that would you!

Oh I don't know, I think they did it at a concert once, someone had written on a banner about asking his girlfriend to marry him, Jon read it out in the middle of a concert, not sure here or America, but he did it.

I had sorted these tickets for hubby's Birthday present (Thanks Paula) and tonight he informed me he was going out on 19th!! Told him in no uncertain terms no way was he going out that night! So he has kinda spoiled his Birthday Present, but I am sure he will enjoy it when he realises what he would have missed!

Well, we have just returned from seeing Billy Joel at the MEN arena, and what a night! It was absolutely fantastic[msnsmile2][clap][clap][clap] I had forgotten just how many great songs he has written. Peter Kay was there again and Billy did mention that he has been stalking him[msnwink].
