As I am away from home tomorrow I wont be able to get onto the internet. So Happy 4th July to all our American friends who visit this site, I will be thinking of you and wishing I was in the states too. [msnsmile2]

We had a great July 4th . Went along to Celebration and had a great evening of song and dance and of course the best fireworks show you can possibly see. Its a great feelgood day you end up having conversations with families beside you .Most Americans are surprised to hear we are in Florida for 3 weeks, they appear to get far less annual leave than Europeans.

Hope all in the US had a good 4th July. We saw the fireworks a few years ago, in Boston on the 4th and watched them from the top of the Hancock Tower, higher than the fireworks, it was an amazing sight.

We were there too :) Fantastic party and very very well done.
The kids enjoyed it too, making Smores in front of the Celebration Hotel, having a dance and dressing up in all sorts of red/white/blue freebies.
Lots to do and as you said culminated with some amazing fireworks....
Sat at Sanford now ready to fly back.....roll on December [xmas1]

I try to take long weekends instead of an annual vacation. Buy you are right. A week's vacation a year is normal here.
