As I'm going to florida for new year and christmas can someone please let me know if the only extra ticket I would need is the magic kingdom special one for selected days? Also are all other events in the other 3 disney parks inclusive with the day ticket?
Finally, is the osborne lights available on the normal ticket?
I would appreciate if anyone could sort this confused person out.

I'm not sure about the special tickets for MK Jennifer but the Osbourne Christmas Lights are there to decorate the park, no special ticket is required.
The lights look amazing, if you haven't seen them before have a look at this thread.

I assume the ticket you are talking about is for Micky's very Merry Christmas party. This is an evening thing, and yes you do need specila tickets for this. The dates nearer Christmas sell out fastest so you will need to book in plenty of time.

The lights are spectacular and I would suggest that you see them in the run up to Christmas as all the parks get really busy between Christmas and the New Year. Don't forget to book your xmas dinner in advance. The Ice show at Gaylord Palms is well worth a visit
