View Full Version : Price reduced at Indian Creek and Emerald Island
We have put our 5 bed on Indian Creek and 7 bed at Emerald Island on the market. Our new house at Millbrook Manor will be ready within 6-9 months. Problem at the moment is showing them to buyers as they are booked up, so have stopped taking bookings meantime over summer.

We have reduced the prices of the homes we have for sale,by $40k at Indian creek and $20k at Emerald Island - they are now, as the Realtors say, priced to sell....
