Have just taken our two children to the local fair, in less than an hour we managed to spend over £20 on some tatty old rides, just makes you think what good value you are getting in Orlando. [msnwink]
Couldn't agree more, having spent a fortune many a time on Brighton Pier, give me the Florida parks any day[msnsmile2]

we have the funfair in Brighton at present, we wont take Lauren there, always to much trouble and expense!! Orlando wins hands down everytime! no bother and great value for money!!!

Its amazing how much they charge at those fairs. I always think they would be better to charge less and get more people to go, on the couple of occasions we have been the place has been half empty. Which is not surprising at £2 and more a go.[msneek]

We have a small funfair on Hayling and I am always amazed how busy it is even though it is expensive. I always think that if you have been to Florida you would not want to bother with it as it is so tame.

as a family we stay away from these sort of mobile fairs too
one look at the moron operating the waltzer is enough to make a sane person think twice

I used to go to the local fair as a child, but don't bother now. Maybe it is old age creeping in[:O]
