Hope everything has continued well for Caroline and she will be home soon. As the mother of a child who had many ops before he was 11 I can only imagine what you have been through-and yes he had his cancelled a couple of times too. I don't know what is worse-waiting for them to go through it-or building up for it-then not going through it.

Hope it's not too long before it's Florida here you come!:D

So glad to hear Caroline is doing well, Sean. Time to get on with the planning for your trip then and this time let's hope you all manage to stay healthy for your holiday and can make up for last time. Take the Imodium and Dioralyte with you and you are sure not to need them.:D:D

I am so pleased to hear your daughter is home and doing well. I have some idea of what you and your family have been through. My daughter Laura had open heart surgery when she was just 10 weeks old. She is now nearly 15 and a very typical teenage girl! We have been told that she will need further surgery at some time in the future and Laura is aware of that also.

We are off to Florida again this week. Can't wait.

Best wishes

Julie & Laura
