We just booked a villa at Vista Park for June and as I check thru message boards I notice not much is discussed about this resort. Why? It seems very nice. Am I missing something? I'm starting to wonder if we'll be disappointed when we get there. Everyone raves about Formosa Gardens (don't blame them tho) and a few others, but nothing about VP. And can anyone tell me if they're still building there? Thanks so much for any info you can give.

Did you book the villa through this site?
Why not have a chat with the owner, I am sure they will be able to provide you with lots of useful information.

Your best course for information is to follow Liz's suggestion and ask the owner of the home you've rented I think.

right, and I will. I just wanted some unbiased info. It just seemed a little strange that no one talks about this particular resort. And it's not even on the resort map. I guess I'm just a little suspicious and would like to know what renters of homes here think. Thanks for the reply tho.

I visited Vista Park when there were still homes for sale a few years ago, I was very impressed by the homes, they are all beautiful. There used to be a website to view the properties but I don't think it exists any longer. I would have loved to have bought one of these homes especially the Lucerne model, absolutely fabulous. It is a gated community but I don't know how big as they were just starting phase 2 when I was last there. Good luck and I am sure you will love staying there.

Hi there lck
we bought a house on Vista park in the summer and I promise you will not be dissapointed!!!
When we were in Orlando we visited all of the developments new and old and (sorry to upset anyone ) but in our opinion Vista Park topped the lot!
Location, small community, manned security gate 24 hours a day
absolutely beautiful houses and decor (we inspected all models and each one kept getting better!!!)
Pool and hot tub fab
Hope that helps
and enjoy Vista Park

Just noticed this thread about VistaPark. It's fantastic - but then I would say that as I'm an owner.

VP is small and not many of the owners advertise.

Stayed there a couple of years ago, we were relocated from Lake Davenport villas (where we were burgled - no security!) Vistapark Villa was beautiful, gorgeous decor, very large pool, safe & scure.
